Yes, there are a number of breeds in which they have found markers, but to
my knowledge not in German Shepherds, please correct me if I'm wrong. The
University of Missouri is trying to do that (and hopefully do a much better
job than they did with the DM test, but I digress).
It would be helpful to all if you could tell us what tests were done.
