i was going to reply to elizabeth privately but decided to include the list
 - in case any of you don't know who this lady is.  i have no idea who told
 her that she shouldn't run for the board, no clue as to who "cut short"
her  enthusiasm but i will say in front of all that elizabeth needs to IGNORE
that  person!

i've never met elizabeth in person but have shared many email conversations
 with her.  yes, she is relatively new - BUT, she asks intelligent Â
questions, respects the opinions of others, whether or not she agrees with
them, Â
is bright and eager to learn.  elizabeth is one of the few i have  "met" over
the years who has not gone through the "omniscient novice" phase - Â she
wants and is more than willing to learn.  she's bright and loves this  breed.
Â
now, for those of us who haven't met elizabeth face to face, who on earth Â
could doubt the dedication and tenacity of someone who trained for and then Â
handled her own dogs in the AOH class at the national and did a darned good
 job?!?!  i would love to hear what she can offer the club and, if she Â
ever does decide to run for the board, this lady will get my vote.
