Paul says that this opinion does not come from any scientific study, however, an old vet of MANY years and a very scientific person, once told me that he believed that even hip dysplasia was a result of the embryo not receiving proper nutrition. ( So Paul's observations may be more scientific than he thinks.) I'm sure many would disagree with that, especially alot of vets who find it so much easier to blame every problem we have on poor breeding, limited gene pools, etc. but it really got me to thinking. In that same vein, a Briard breeder friend of my says she has virtually eliminated hip and elbow dysplasia from her lines that were predisposed after 2 generations of feeding nothing but raw. I am now on the quest for green tripe. Jamie ============================================================================ POST is Copyrighted 2004.
