Believe me that was a step I took too and I found Five on one side and one
on the other side, which yes definitely makes it quite possible. Somewhere
down the line a test is probably given a false result.

Tammy,
Look up dogs in his pedigree on OFA and you
will see many related to those in his pedigree
are at risk so it makes since to me that he
could be at risk.
