I am sending out a mass e-mail to all the dog owners in my mailbox to let
everyone who didn't know about the new OFA rules. Due to the vast amounts of
FRAUDULENT people in the past who have sent in hip and elbow X-rays of other
dogs (not their own, or another dog of theirs) to get a clean or better
rating. OFA now requires that ALL dogs are either micro chipped or have a
tattoo (just like Schutzhand) for identification purposes. My thoughts on
this: It's ABOUT TIME!!!
