If everything was always clearly right and wrong there
would be no need for courts, judges or lawyers.
Apparently AKC's own legal team must have thought there
was a difference between the coownership question and the
letter. If they concluded Carmen had acted illegally, I'm sure
he wouldn't have still been a candidate for the AKC BOD. I've
heard they were aware of the letter well before the Board
meeting when the election took place.
