Every time a bitch comes in season the lining of her uterus thickens,
making implantation more difficult. Cysts occur more frequently as gals age.
Seasons become less regular. (Split seasons?) Soooooooooooooo...the later
you wait for a first litter, the more you roll the dice.
Could work, a lot of bitches have no problem w/ a first litter at 4. Some
do.
Personally I want a gal to have her first litter no later than three.
