I did a search for BRT and found this in the Origin.
The BRT has all the abilities of the GSD but without the unnecessary
aggression. Bummer!!!
W sure have a PR problem. It is in the standard.
It is also 25 to 30 incheses at the wither with an under coat. I think I'll
pass. :0) weight from 80 to 145 pounds. Males like kids females not so much.
What mid size dog do people like the best? I love the GSD but with 4 to
travel with the size is a bit of a problem.

I have a Black Russian Terrier that comes here occasionally as a boarder.
She is on the tough side, but no more so than a GSD....she's young and very
playful and intelligent. She is formidable looking, (I wouldn't apply the "look
of eagles" to her) but also a sweetheart. AND, she doesn't try to eat my
fencing or dig out, for which I give her an A+.
