The weather should never deter anyone from going anywhere. If you really  
want to go bad enough you should go! 
    How and or why the board chooses the locations  continues to be a 
mystery, but we elected them and every nationals I have been  to has been 
nothing 
short of spectacular. The PEOPLE and the DOGS are why we go.  So, suck it up 
and 
head to Beaumont and quit crying about milk that hasn't and  hopefully wont 
spill.
