Rebecca, Delaware Valley does one every other year in conjunction w/ our
August match. We just had one in '08, so we will have another in '10. I
don't know how long it would take you to get to Horsham PA, but you are
welcome <G>.
It is costly; our expenses for airfare for the evaluator, hotel room etc.
will exceed $400. We have the whole thing down pat (thank God!) w/
volunteers, but we use at least a dozen.
For a smaller club w/o money in the bank and a large volunteer pool, it
simply isn't feasible.
