Gene is right...and I don't think it would be too difficult to change
whatever the rule is that limits who's eligible for the Parade.........any
Shepherd with a Best in Show, or the top 5 or 10 in the breed, ought to be
asked to participate if the owners want to. Most are probably club members,
anyway.
