This is a very sad note to have to read. There is no perfect dog, and a dog that has produced more than 100 litters is bound to produce one or more of every fault, in combination with all those different bitches. This year's Red Book, page 66 - Boss has had 102 litters and produced 495 puppies. I wouldn't call 7 to 9 out of 495 a major trend! If there is even documentation of those 7 to 9. I think Boss has been a tremendous asset to our breed.
