Isn't that odd that its worded specifically for "hunting" rather than
purpose-bred breed task? Or just general breed specific working job?
Being of the camp who believes that since it's a ShepHERD, it ought to at least
have herding instinct, even if they're not brought beyond that. It's the
essence and original purpose of the breed... That being said, then my pups
could go out as purpose-bred herders?? I would be exempt "I think" from the
new law: I only have 2 intact bitches (one 4 months old only!), though I do
sell pups "sight unseen" (at least in physical presence- plenty of
photos/videos go out!), I don't ship since an advance ticket is often the same
price or even cheaper than to outright ship a puppy. Then I get to do business
the old fashioned way; with a handshake & a hug and pup gets a direct hand off
to its new person.
By actually transferring pups in person, though they may have had a deposit put
on them via online, I'd still be exempt from the rule then, right?

hoping cage birds/poultry won't be included!!
