Right, Hunting.. sorry.
When the USDA folks talk about it, they continually say "working," so it's
'probably' those dogs that are bred for a purpose 'like' hunting, herding, SAR,
etc., but I would ask if I were breeder of those dogs.
Yes, the count of dogs is premise based.
The question of multiple species is being pursued. Hopefully, that will be
cleared up.
