you can only move up a place if you were placed somewhere in the first
place (do you get that...it sounds awful, but read it again).
therefore...you can be moved up to WD if you are RWD, or to 1st, 2nd, or
3rd in a class if you were 2nd, 3rd, or 4th...
and the same for bitches...but you can't be moved up to Reserve. You
also can't be moved up to Best of Breed (because there is no Reserve or
2nd for that) nor can you be moved up to Best Opp, for the same reason.
I;m not sure, but I think if Best of Winners is DQd, there'd be no BoW,
either...because if one is DQ'd there would have been no competition
with the Winner from the other sex..
