I wonder why they did this to Dawn. She wrote the letter to AKC, stayed on
top of it. And they just blew her off and said they would not bring in a
handwritting expert. This was about 7 yrs ago. Maybe people changed
positions, or someone retired. Who knows. Thanks Even for your imput and
bringing light to this subject.

I am currently in the middle of an AKC Trial Board.
The last one was over a person who said they had not signed the papers to
transfer a dog. The AKC brought the three of us to judge, put us up in a
hotel,
rented a hearing room, paid all our costs, brought a handwriting expert
from
North Carolina, the compliance vice-president from New York, the attorney
from AKC, and paid us all our fees, for cars, and per diem.
I figure the AKC spent over $15,000 on that hearing, and the charge would
have been a one year suspension and a $500 fine.
They will hold the hearing is you bring the charges.
