The argument for whites is that whites have always been part of the GSD dna.
Well, using that logic so were wire coats, floppy ears, soft coats and
square proportions.
The idea of a breed is to create something that comes closer and closer to
the ideal - none of those traits above were ever desired as ideal.
You CANNOT have a breed that is the most popular breed in the world and
decide that in our small part of it, we are going to bring back all those
early undesirable traits just because it might increase club membership.
That means we are actually creating our own breed.
