In the central & eastern tropical Pacific, where it belongs :) Go to
http://www.cpc.noaa.gov/products/precip/CWlink/MJO/enso.shtml and mouse
over the SST Anomalies (i.e. departures from normal). This isn't a very
strong one at this point.
Ft. Collins may be 20deg below normal (60F) today, but they were above
normal yesterday & will be around normal tomorrow. It's never boring
here, even without a GSDCA National! You all should plan on bringing
both mittens and shorts ...
