A prop shop can press a new rubber hub in there. Had several of them
repaired. About 40 dollars.

You're welcome. That is the prop I use on my 2001 sw1000. I usually keep
one spare on board. and even the old ones I keep in case of emergencies.
One of the common problems is that the central hub starts spinning without
spinning the prop. I think they can be restuffed or repaired****

The parts catalogues show three different size props for the Yamaha
engines. The first one is 3 X 11 3/4 X 12 1/4. The second is 3 X11 x 11
3/4 and the third is 3 X 11 3/4 X 9 1/4. Which one is used on the old
