It has been my understanding that the All-AZ Star Party has been an
EVAC-organized event. To that end we have already scheduled it for October
24 -25. The Moon is new at 0549 on the 25th.
If I've acted out of line please let me know, as it isn't my intention to
step on toes or be territorial in any way - just want to ensure that the
tasks associated with organizing the event are accomplished and the event
comes off without a hitch.
