On two counts, the hassle factor and the cost, I vote we kill the printed and mailed newsletter. I'm not good with $634/yr. Granted, I doubt each newsletter will be 27 pages long. Chris Newsletter looks great upon first inspection! -----Original Message----- From: sac-board-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:sac-board-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Richard Harshaw Sent: Tuesday, March 01, 2011 6:37 PM To: sac-board@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [sac-board] Newsletter mailing costs Folks, we have 16 newsletters to mail out. At 10 cents a page to print or copy (using color), and running 26 pages for this issue, that would be $2.60 per copy for printing. Add postage of about $1.00 each, and we're looking at $3.60 or so per newsletter. For 16 copies, that's $57.60 per month, $634 per year. Are you okay with me turning in a voucher each month for printing and postage?
