Thanks AJ and Thomas, but to keep this all in context the original request 
was made because someone needed to upload a file to the web server. Stan, 
understandably busy as he completed his MBA, wasn't able to perform that 
task. I volunteered to be available to assist in such matters. For what it's

worth, I would likely have used FileZilla (my FTP client of choice, freeware

by the way). ;-)
I don't foresee Stan's assistant doing much more than that. SAC has a 
relatively simple site that doesn't look to need much in the way of ongoing 
support.
