The subject of who has access to the account should be an independent topic for the board to discuss. I'm in favor of creating trustees with terms of at least two to five years. Board members should not need the passwords, as they will likely be out of office in two years at most. As for web access, the FTP userid and password for the web site can be given to the anyone maintaining the web site without giving them access to the club's account (the account gives access to making purchases and transferring ownership). SAC currently has at least four user-ids/accounts for the web site: 1) FTPing to the web site (our hosting account) 2) FTPing to the documents folder (also under the hosting account) 3) GoDaddy Account (holds domain name, hosting, and E-mail accounts) 4) Privacy Account (held at DomainsByProxy.com) -Paul
