I'm not against giving Peter access to the web site, but we're definitely
doing this the wrong way.  Since SAC board can only appoint committee
chairmen, it seems we are creating a new committee to work with a
previous standing committee.

Could we just ask Stan to accept Peter on the web site committee.  A vote
would only be needed if we decide to replace Stan with Peter.

As for the passwords, one more person knowing the account info isn't
going to hurt.  Until we build a fence, closing the gate is of little
help.
