Yes I got the cyclist from Tamworth as well, personally I would go for listing
as Couturier, Estherlina second name MOES, Uli.
She might have been known as Uli because of her long name.

Rex,
I’d be holding off for a few days with this entry. I know we aren’t meant to
refer to notices on other days but the notice says “funeral details later”. I
couldn’t find this lady in the electoral rolls for 1980 with any combination of
surnames.
Google brings up a Uli Moes in Tamworth and a few hits that link to your notice
in the NT News. If all else fails I’d be indexing it as is , if the index will
accept a full stop in a name.
