For convenience the number is: 641-715-3200, participant code: 149260 There has been a great deal of preliminary work done by Kathie, Carlton and myself toward laying the groundwork for a series of Gathering At the Crossroads of Art & Activism CAPP Learning Exchanges taking place throughout the regions served by ROOTS in June and July. All the dates and trainers are listed below. On tomorrow's call we will flush out further details. All of the hosts have been contacted, and I have made attempts to talk to each of the trainers and shadow trainers. One of the outcomes of tomorrow's call is to confirm Lead Trainers, as well as Shadows. From there we want folks to begin to follow the Communication Plan, below and attached, which also contains a detailed timeline for the work in each area. Please be aware that this is a lengthy document, so be sure to read all the way to the end. In addition, you are welcome to make suggested changes to any of the documents. I simply ask that they not yet be circulated until the conclusion of tomorrow's call. Following the call the staff will make recommended changes then we will move forward with getting this information out to the greater ROOTS membership so broader planning efforts can be forged. Thank you for your time and consideration and we will talk tomorrow.
