You are forgetting the Members-at-large of the Board, of which there may be any 
number up to 20.  These persons are full, voting members of the Board of 
Directors, and are not to be confused with simple "members" of RFHS.

Someone asked me who the Board of Directors was, and what they did.

According to the By-Laws listed in the handbook, the Board of Directors is made 
up of the Corporate Officers, plus the Chairs of the standing committees.  
Other folks not holding a position are called “members."
