My Voigtländer VSL3 E started the travel to Braunschweig a few hours
ago, after some bored customs proceedings. I had an e-mail contact
with FSS-Service, I described the camera electronics problems and
they told me FSS can repair every failure in Voigtländer cameras (and
Rollei too, in fact it looks like they are in the former Voigtländer
factory on the Petzvalstrasse), they need to see the camera for an
invoice of course but they are aware of the camera price; anyway it is
not so cheap in Europe according I could see in some websites.
Shipping was not so expensive from our side, I'd say it had a
reasonable cost (about U$S 25), it could be more expensive from the
German side. I hope for the best, I hate to have a no working camera.
