I have the 66/35 adapter too, a rare item as well. A Rollei repairer had one
and asked me if I knew what it was, I was able to help. If somebody does not
know what these rare items are, they sell them for low prices, if they do know,
they are expensive. Your dealer obviously knows what he is selling!
I have used it to put a 66 lens on a Canon EOS digital. Focusing an autofocus
camera with a screen which is not designed for manual focusing is awful, so the
results were not good! I have used it on my 3003 with 66 tele-converter. Thats
OK.
A bellows unit adds bulk although both the 500 f5.6 and 1000 f8 lenses sold by
Rollei for the 3003 use bellows.
I bought a black lenshood with brown case for my black 4x4 baby for less than a
6x6 lenshood on Ebay years ago. I have never seen anything other than the grey
hoods since. Likewise finding a brown case and strap for it, very inexpensive.

I had a 5.6/500 briefly in Vermont before I moved to Germany in 2012. Much
better than the huge Novoflex 5.6/500. Will check where the serial number is in
relation to yours.
They also had a rare 66/35 adapter in the window, which adds helicoid focussing
to SL66 lenses for use on 35 mm (Rollei) cameras, but they wanted 400+ Euros
for it. I get the same effect with the (equally rare) Novoflex BALROL bellows
on the SL66 lenses with adapters to any 35mm camera system.

There are a couple of 1000mm f8 SL66 lenses on Ebay, very tempted with the
focal length but totally silly prices! There's also one for the 6000 series,
even sillier price. Those lenses are rare and the price is what anybody is
willing to pay...
A number of years ago, I saw a 1000mm Zeiss aerial camera lens, WW2 period, at
a militaria fair for peanuts. Sadly it had probably been used as a coal
scuttle; the glass was scratched to hell. A great shame for what would have
been a quality lens.
