Hi Jan:
The 3,5/75 Tessar for the Rolleiflex T was recomputed by
Zeiss. I don't have a direct experience with this lens because I have a T
Whiteface with Xenar lens, however Rollei had identical specs and
tolerances for Zeiss and Schneider TLR lenses, Tessar and Xenar lenses were
tested by sample and Xenotar and Planar lens per lens in the Zeiss K6
tester machine; Schneider lenses for the TLR were always a Zeiss lenses
mirror and there is no doubt the Xenar - a Tessar copy- for the T was also
recomputed. My Xenars for the 'cord IV and the T are excellent lenses,
however I prefer the T Xenar for a slight better contrast in general.
