Hi Carlos et al., Happy New Year to All. Carlos, sorry to read that you are having so much trouble with your classic gear complicated by only one repair option for the SL66 in Argentina. It seems most SL66 got worked very hard during their lifetime. Most original SL66 bodies on EBAY show heavy signs of wear on the chrome and the leather is peeling in places. I have actually never seen one offered with original packaging in "perfect" condition. It seems most SL66 went to professional photographers or scientists who worked them pretty hard and did not bother to keep the original packaging. This is different with the later SL66 SE which seems to sometimes have been bought as a prestige object. My last (original) SL66 obtained from a private seller through recommendation of a list member was pretty nice, but now it seems harder to find another good one. Lens hood and (n)ever-ready case are lying around here. A Retina IIIc I received (for free!) from the US is pretty beaten up exteriorly and selenium meter and the Synchro Compur shutter need servicing. It probably needs new leather too. However, the Rodenstock 2.0/50mm Heligon lens looks perfect and I would love to see how it performs. Synchro Compur shutters seems very sensitive to "un-use". Never seen a perfect one in a Contaflex either. Jan
