to posit a contrary experience, i buy interchangably between
B&H and Adorama and find them to both offer excellent service.
in some ways i prefer Adorama as they seem to have more photographic
odds and ends like darkroom doohickeys. To its advantage, B&H has a
more user-friendly website making it easier to find things.
