Hello !This film is for aerial use. It is produced (was) by Agfa Mortsel in Belgium. As far as I know, they had huge rolls made and stored in fridges. I do not know if the emulsion was made in Mortsel or in Leverkusen before they closed the German plant ?
Yes Richard, this plant is the old Gevaert plant.Maybe Emmanuel Bigler will show in because I thinks he knows more that we do about it.
As per Maco, they are not stranger to sensational claims.... Just my 2c here ! Le 10/04/2013 09:17, Jeff Kelley a écrit :

I think this is a film to use for distant landscapes mainly, the UV filter layer can be useful to block excessive blue light; perhaps I'll try it, there is a guy selling the Rollei CR 200 in the local eBay auctions site. I received today a nice plastic box with two 35mm "Rollei Digibase CR 200 Pro" slide film cassettes x 36 ( Agfa Aviphot), 35mm D.P. Polyester, Process E-6; the box cap is engraved "ROLLEI - Rollei films",they are made by Agfa Belgium according the label, it also says "Producer and license holder MACO PHOTO PRODUCTS". I'd prefer to try the 120 version, but it is not available here. Who did say Agfa no longer manufactures photographic films? Carlos This is very interesting. There is an internal conflict in the label since it says in one place that it was made by AGFA in Belgium and in another that it was "produced" under license by MACO. To me "produced" means manufactured. AGFA Belgium would be the former Gevaert plant perhaps. Do you know any further details.
