This new "Adox" firm belongs to Fotoimpex (at least in part) and they
are labeling "Adox" any product from their factory, including former
Agfa products like Rodinal, it's called "Adox Adonal" now, Adox
established the factory in Bad Saarow, close to Berlin, "worlds
smallest photochemical factory"; and then you have that factories like
this new "Adox" (2009) and Orwo FilmoTec and Tetenal are trying to
keep alive the German photo-chemical industry:

PS: There is an ADOX factory in Argentina too, but they are dedicated
to manufacture machinery and medical products for hospitals and the
