I don't think being Catholic or Lutheran has anything to do with the funeral
arrangements. I live in a rural community and we are very fortunate to have an
undertaker who watches out for anyone who partakes in the funeral service...
whether it be burial fees to musicians, Catholic or Protestant. He is very
meticulous and rest assured he pays out all fees and waits for his pay.
However, weddings are a different story, you have couples who are completely
clueless when it comes to wedding planning. Whether they go to church on a
regular basis or not, they all seem to want a church wedding but couldn't come
up with a sacred tune to save their souls.
