My church is that way. The wedding and funeral fees were set some
years ago, and haven't been updated. I told them what they should be,
based on the AGO and the Association of Lutheran Church Musicians. At
first, they laughed at me. Then I insisted they examine the data. I
think they might eventually bring the fees closer to what they should
be.
