Subject: [rodgersorganusers] Re: PR-300 Donations
We have never charged for parts when repairing PR-300 units that are sent in
for updating to USB drive.
We have, on more than one occasion, replaced the entire main board - the entire
guts - of the PR-300 from units that are donated or that we buy on eBay
ourselves - all at no charge.
We have never received a PR-300 for repair (and not updating) so we would
charge labor for repairing a PR sent in under those circumstances, but, once
again, not for parts.
That’s why the word we used in the subject is DONATIONS.
If donated parts dry up and we have to, in the future, buy parts, we will be,
of course charging for them.

If dead or dying PR-300 & PR-300S are donated, does that mean then that you do
not charge for the parts that you may use out of them since you received them
at no cost?
