Temperatures have been over 100F at the lakebed but they will go down to at
least 90 for Saturday as an unusual cutoff low (low pressure) system slides
directly over Southern California. This will bring temperatures to the 89-90
mark over the weekend.
Monsoonal moisture will be present, however at this time not deep enough to
warrant anything more than building clouds and that is it.
