Yeah, there is a club in Prescott. (Eagle Aerospace) They are the student club
at my university, they meet weekly on campus, and fly at other local launches.
(Tripoli Phoenix and have been to ROC every year)
Don't know if they would mind having a non-student there, but I would ask for
more information.

Didn’t I read somewhere that a group was trying to get started in The Prescott

Prescott is beautiful. You will love it there. That’s where I went to school
(Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University).
Tripoli Phoenix is the club I am most familiar with. They are about 1.5 hours
from Prescott and have a 50,000ft waiver and can do research motors up to O,
which is sweet! They are really tight knit and small club, so be prepared to be
an outsider for a few launches, but it is a really fun group to fly with.
I haven’t been to SSS yet, and SARA is pretty far from you (less than 25
minutes from me) and can do Ks and under with a 6,500ft waiver.

I have just purchased property in the Prescott area, and we will be splitting
our time between here and there. The good news is that I’ll finally have a
fully equipped rocket shop.
Here’s the question: Are there any active groups flying in Northern Arizona?
