Tripoli Phoenix is the club I am most familiar with. They are about 1.5 hours
from Prescott and have a 50,000ft waiver and can do research motors up to O,
which is sweet! They are really tight knit and small club, so be prepared to
be an outsider for a few launches, but it is a really fun group to fly with.
I haven’t been to SSS yet, and SARA is pretty far from you (less than 25
minutes from me) and can do Ks and under with a 6,500ft waiver.
