BRB sends back telemtry data using APRS on whatever frequency you specify,
at much more frequent intervals than you would broadcast APRS on 144.390 at.

frequencies and APRS is typically on one frequency, 144.390 MHz IIRC. Is
Beeline APRS or a different format? If it is APRS shouldn't it be on the
same frequency?
