Lifetime Members will enjoy ZERO cost launch fees at all ROC launches.
This is where it pays to become an Executive Member. *It will be

ROC is excited to be able to support local TARC teams who pre-register

be approved at least two weeks prior to an event otherwise normal fees will
apply.*
Lastly, now is a great time to become a member if you haven't already
done so. Take advantage of the zero launch fees!
