Lifetime Members will enjoy ZERO cost launch fees at all ROC launches. This
is where it pays to become an Executive Member. It will be important for
members to show/display their membership cards at the registration table in
order to obtain their wristband. The $20 launch fee for non-members will

In addition, College and Student groups can take advantage of the same
discount given to Youth groups when pre-registered and pre-approved at least
two weeks prior to a monthly launch. (Group discounts do not apply to

ROC is excited to be able to support local TARC teams who pre-register and
are approved at least two weeks in advance by waiving launch fees.
This is all made possible because of lower fees being paid to the BLM.
Remember, please bring your ROC Membership Card each month to show at the
registration table. And for group discounts you must pre-register and be
approved at least two weeks prior to an event otherwise normal fees will
apply.
Lastly, now is a great time to become a member if you haven't already done
so. Take advantage of the zero launch fees!
