I have a young cousin (12 yo) who's just getting into rocketry, and he'll
never be going to a launch without me being there (we're getting him going
in the Tripoli Mentor Program and I'll be his Mentor)....I was surprised
this past weekend that he wasn't charged a separate launch fee from
mine....does this mean that for the time being he doesn't actually need to
pay for a membership, he can just continue to fly under my membership?
