Ramy, jaws 11 has this problem, where the screen messes up when returning
from sleep mode. I've and I believe others have sent this bug report to fs,
let's see what they do about it, if anything...
Regarding the windows not going to sleep, go to power management and set the
sleep after time to never or however long you want the computer to wait.
Thirdly, yes, it is normal for your battery power to drin when the computer
is in sleep or even hybernation mode, because it's still using a bit of
battery power. It uses more in slep mode than it does in hibernation, but
they both use some power, even when the laptop is completely off it uses a
minimal amount of power...

hi all:

i have  a big problem after installing my windows 7 on my laptop.
now, when i leave my laptop open for some time, windows makes standbuy, and
when i hit on the power buttomn, it repoots and i must hit enter to select
my user, this is ok, but the bad thing, is that after this, my screen didn't
work and i made a restart and now my screen is working, but the same thing
happens, after loging on no screen 1, how can i tell windows  do not shut
down after period of time?
2, how can i fix my screen issue.

also, there is something concerning my battery, if i close my laptop for 4
or 5 hours, i find that my battery level is 96 % or something, is  this ok
or what?
