Hello, Ray: Will your instructions for creating a group in Outlook Express also be the same or identical for Outlook 2007? Thanks for getting back with me and explaining how I might be able to create a group like this in Microsoft Outlook 2007. Thanks, and have a great day. Go to the address book with ctrl+shift+b. 2. Once in the address book, press ctrl+g to create a new group. 3. Type in a name for the group and press tab. 4. You will be on the 'select members' button, press enter or space bar to activate it. 5. Either type a contact name into the edit box that appears, or, tab over to the list of people in your address book and arrow down. For each person you want to add to the group, press alt+t to select them. 6. Tab to the OK button and press enter. 7. Tab to the OK button and press enter and the group will be created. To send messages to the group, in the 'to:' 'cc:' or 'Bcc' field, type in all or part of the group name.
