Hi, Reginal,

I don't have microsoft word. The file was done in wordpad. I just did a scan
to see if by any chance there was a virus but everything was ok. I ran MSE
just now.

Wonder if the file was made in Word? Do you have Microsoft Word? You may
need it, or the free Word viewer to read the file. Not all RTF files are
alike, though they should be.

Subject: [real-eyes] need help with a file in wordpad

Hi, everyone,
I posted a message earlier about the problem I’m having with a file in
wordpad. I got no response so I’ll post again.

My file is called list of songs. It’s an rtf file. When I hit enter on it,
all I get is “w” and nothing more. Then when I down-arrow to read the
first song, all I get is the windows dinging sound. I’ve asked just about
every tech list I’m on and nothing they suggest is helping. You guys are
my last hope. This is driving me nuts!

Any help will be very much appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Rosemarie
