There used to be a company that made a computer in a keyboard a few years ago 
but I don't think it took off very well. I just don't see the need for this, a 
Net book is cheaper and would function just as well.

Assuming it has speakers, one can install JAWS, WindowEyes, or 
Zoomtext/Magic on it.
