Are you using Zoomtext? Shift control V and shift control E both work from the
inbox of Outlook Express.

How does one create folders in Outlook Express. With Outlook proper, the
command is control shift E, but this apparently does not work in Outlook
Express. Any suggestions?
Then, once folders are created, how does one retrieve messages in Outlook
Express? In outlook, the command is control shift V, but again, this doesn't
appear to work in Outlook Express.
