I don't know if this will work for you, but I tried it and it did for me.
While in your inbox, press alt-f for the files menu, then n for new. Arrow
down until you hear Jaws say, "folder, shift control E." Then,press enter, and
you should be able to create your folder.

How does one create folders in Outlook Express. With Outlook proper, the
command is control shift E, but this apparently does not work in Outlook
Express. Any suggestions?
Then, once folders are created, how does one retrieve messages in Outlook
Express? In outlook, the command is control shift V, but again, this doesn't
appear to work in Outlook Express.
